Art commissions are a great way to support my work and future endeavors. Funds are put towards college and other necessities.

Rules

I will NOT draw:
- NSFW
- Mecha
- Realism
- Anything Controversial/Problematic

I CAN draw:
- OC/Fandom
- Feral/Antrho/Furry
- Human
- Moderate Gore
- Ships/Pairings

Art Commission Terms Of Service

1. All transactions are paid in full upfront.
This is to avoid being scammed out of money and ensure I'm being paid for my time. If something is to happen on my end after payment, I'll be sure to refund the customer. Otherwise, there are no refunds as all payments are final.2. All transactions are paid via PayPal email invoice.
Through this method, I am able to complete payments through a secure process and avoid fraud. This is not negotiable.3. References are required.
Unless the customer pays for a character reference design, I will not be playing guessing games based off a customer's literary description. This is also meant to ensure only the best quality of my art per my service expectations for the customer.4. Prices may increase based on visual expectation.
It is imperative the customer communicates with me what components are desired in the art commission. This includes character poses, atmosphere, components, etc. If by chance the customer requests something that is uncommon or relatively complex for my skills, a 10-20% increase, based on the current total price, will be added up to make the final price of the commission.5. Changes must be made during the sketch phase of the commission.
Once the commission proceeds to the outline stage, adding any additional detail can take more time and make the process more difficult. For this reason, I will give the customer as many times needed to review the sketch and decide whether they are satisfied with the sketch WIP or not.6. All commissions will be watermarked.
My work is my work. If I feel compelled to publish the commission, I will do so unless the customer communicates otherwise. At the bottom line, the watermark will never be removed in order to maintain its authenticity as my work. The customer does NOT have the authority to remove the watermark with any tool for any reason.7. My artwork is not allowed to be sold via merchandise of any kind.
If the customer wishes to sell my art, they are required to ask my permission to do so. I reserve the right to discuss compensation agreements with the customer or deny the customer of and protect my property.8. By purchasing a commission from my services, you AGREE to BlvdCharms' Art Commissions TOS.
The customer must abide to these rules as so to respect the artist and the artist's work. If customer etiquette is not followed and/or if the customer violates one or more rules of the BlvdCharms Art Commissions Terms Of Service, I reserve the right to deny you service. If violations occur during commission production, a refund will be issued. If violations occur afterward, proper action will be taken. Impatient behavior will not be tolerated nor will the customer behave rude or brash in any way, shape, or form. Customers who violate the stated terms may be blacklisted from future purchases.
